A family staple for us: ✨FRIDGE PICKLES!✨
From the kitchen of my dear, amazing friend @fortheloveee_

These are easy, inexpensive, quick, and will be SO loved in your home!

I always use this same huge jar (@publix) but, if you’re using a regular 16oz mason jar I’d recommend these measurements!

• Slice your cucumbers & add into your jar (I prefer the English Cucumbers they stay crunchy longer! I also used mini cucumbers as whole pickles, these just take longer sitting time before they’re ready in the fridge!)

• Add 2 TBLSP Whole Peppercorn
• 2 TBLSP Salt
• 2 Bay Leaves
• 1 TBLSP Mustard Seed
• 1/2 Onion (optional)
• Half Bulb Garlic (1/2 pressed, 1/2 whole)
• Fill jar halfway with water, half with White Distilled Vinegar
KEEP REFRIGERATED *We usually let it sit overnight before we start eating them so they have time to absorb the flavors in the jar!

I can EASILY add 3 more sliced cucumbers to this jar if I pour some of the liquid out and will also reuse this mixture for 3 more batches or until it starts to brown!

Also use with fresh raw okra! It’s AMAZING ✨

It’s been a long few months and to say this one has been the hardest would be totally underselling it but, I’m so happy to finally share this last walk of my pregnancy journey with you. I’m going to be raw and real with you, pregnancy isn’t easy for many. While I am incredibly grateful to experience growing another son in my body, it’s a struggle every single day. The sickness has been immensely miserable and I’m pushing through every day while making peace with this being the last of many things. Thank you for being here, waiting for me, checking in on me, and loving so hard on us ❤️ You’ve been SO missed.

It was SUCH a delight to start our day with him! PRO TIP: Book your reservation to see Santa in advance (link in my stories) to skip the line!

My ALL TIME, absolute favorite dish is sage stuffing. I make this scratch recipe every year and it is SO loved (recipe on my blog)! Coming in at a close second is sweet potato casserole and honey glazed carrots! I mean, I’ll take seconds or thirds of just sides, 😂 anyone else?!

Being in the kitchen all day, while tiring, does something so good for my soul! I love the boys being in their jammies, watching the parade on TV, seeing the the twinkling of the Christmas tree, and the amazing smells that fill our home 🥰 I love all of it together.
