For years I struggled with Easter morning. From how much candy I’d let my kids consume at our neighborhood egg hunt, to what I would stuff into our Easter eggs last minute, I never had my -ish together. Stuffing peeps into plastic eggs 10 minutes before the Easter Bunny’s wake-up call, seemed to become a tradition. Easter egg fillers were always last on my list and stuffing eggs were traditionally a last-minute event. I hated the crash the boys would have from the sugar so, a few years ago, I took the time to plan out and execute a better Easter plan. It was important to me to choose Easter egg fillers for boys that didn’t consist of sugar. Over time, I’ve gathered a long list of my favorite non-candy Easter egg fillers.
